I stayed at one back in 2019 and had a horrible experience. Vowed to never go to one again. We'll now it's 2025 and had to stay at one again. Thought oh great at least I just have to sleep. We checked in and were told we owed .65 that the third party site we used didn't charge us that. We didn't use a third party site. I called there call center. My concern was not paying the extra amount but just needs better communication between them and there call center when booking. The Showers were hot and everything was pleasant in the room. My only concern was the dead bolt was broken off and never replaced. And a couple of broken rundown vehicles on the premises which I thought might be homeless. Will definitely try them again and see if these 2 concerns were fixed. But well worth it for the money. The front desk manager lady was really nice and the checkout guy was equally nice. Will try this location again in a year.

I stayed on a Tuesday night, and booked through a 3rd party app. In total I paid $55. My room was clean, with vinyl wood floors, a television w/cable, microwave and mini fridge. The bed was clean and the mattress was comfortable, albeit a little softer than I am accustomed to. The bathroom was clean and the showerhead was adjustable. The water was hit and stayed hot. It's not a top tier hotel, but considering the total cost it was well worth it. And Deep who checked me in was very friendly and accommodating. He did everything he could to ensure the stay was pleasant. I would definitely recommend this to someone needing a room for a night and I will certainly stay again. Thank you for your hospitality Deep.

Have all of the cheap hotels i've ever stayed, this is the only one that I truly felt I was in the economy class for the price you paid for these rooms, you'd want them to be a little bigger than they are. Cleanliness is average, the room I stayed in the floor was buckling. The hardware flooring was obviously installed inferior installation. Clean? The bathroom was definitely clean. But to discuss the hardwood flooring that was buckling and coming up everywhere, overshadowed, the fact that the rooms were actually clean it comes with a nice little refrigerator place for your right during your journal and if you suck in really tight, you can pass by while somebody is sitting in that chair, the other people that are there are rude because they're long state clients, and so they seem to think they have the right to do whatever they want to Definitely felt like I was in a drug neighborhood. Space is also better known as the OYO. View yourself a huge favor spend an additional 25 hours Walker cross the street. The Best Western, they have a phenomenal breakfast that is complimentary. The rooms are 2 to 3 times the size of the one across the street there. Super clean, friendly, helpful staff. And you definitely feel like you're in a much more expensive hotel than what you really are

This hotel was recently bought out by a different chain, room was updated and modern. The gentleman that checked me in was very welcoming and accommodating. He did everything possible to ensure my stay was a good one. Heat and ac worked great and room was clean with working tv microwave and refrigerator and complimentary coffee. Price was very good/low too. Would recommend this place to anyone, will definitely be back!

Great room size. Everything was clean. The a/c was great. The bathroom was spotless. I liked how the toilet seat had a paper strip across it showing it was cleaned. I was impressed. Definitely staying here again. The only thing I didnt realize was there was a $100 deposit. Must have slipped my eyes when booking but shortly after arrival, I went back online to check and there was the deposit notice. But apart from that everything was good.

Holy canoli the staff were sooo nice!!! On January 13th when the snow storm hit and I5 south was shut down for hours, i decided to stay at the oyo for the night for obvious reasons. My mom is the one who booked the hotel for me online because I'm disabled and low income. When i arrived, I was frustrated at the traffic and in pain, i was limping, using my cane and struggling to walk due to sitting in my car for an hour, fighting traffic and battling the snow. When the lady working the counter told me the deposit needed to be paid in person, I started to cry. It wasn't their fault, I know it's policy and they have no control. Then another man came out from the back and informed me there were no ground floor rooms. I cried a bit harder and apologized to them. They were very helpful in explaining who to call to ask for a refund for the room and that they would verify that they had "overbooked" so that i would be able to get my money back. Then as i leave, another lady (i belive was also on staff member?) who had been in the lobby, came rushing out and told me they think they have a room for me. The man ran out, checked and found the room, got the heater turned on for me, and they waved the deposit for me. The 2nd lady actually helped me carry things to my car. They were all so nice. The room that they put me in had been considered "down for maintenance" due to the ac leaking and causing some (not noticeable to me at all) water damage on the floor. I regret not getting the staff members' names. Every single staff member who was there on the 13th were the kindest and most helpful people. They went above and beyond to help someone struggling, and i just need to say how much i appreciate every single one of them. I only gave 4 stars on the room cause the beds are a little springy, but everything else was very clean, the bedding smelled freshly washed, and it was decently dusted in there. If i could give 10 stars for customer service, i would! Thank you all so much!!

Most of the rooms I stayed in were wonderful. It was one a few that weren’t to par. They except pets and that is a major things for us whom have dogs. I stayed every weekend for 3 months to visit my husband at near by place. The staff was so nice and do what they can to accommodate what you ask. Just a down to earth experience.

A bit of an odd experience but it worked out in the end. Tried to book through Airbnb, but when I got to the hotel, they said they didn’t have an Airbnb listing and thought that listing might be a scam. Excellent price for a room. And like all the other reviews say, they are clean and updated. Although there is a bit wear on the rooms otherwise. The TV and refrigerator were new. All of their single occupancy rooms are located on the backside of the hotel. Which you cannot drive to. You have to park in the front and walk to the back. So I couldn’t unload a lot of things I wanted to for the night because it would’ve taken multiple trips. I also couldn’t watch My Car to make sure it was safe in an area I’m unfamiliar with. I’m not sure I would stay here as a single woman traveling again. As the room had obviously been broken into at some point, The safety latch had been busted off the wall. Which left only the deadbolt on a electric lock. And I wasn’t sure how safe that was so ended up having to prop a chair up against the handle. Also, there is a lot of noise from the freeway, which is super close to the back of the hotel. All in all, everything was fine and I slept OK. The price cannot be beat. And you never find hotels in this price range that are this clean. The hotel is obviously on an upswing. Which is why I gave them four stars instead of three.
